Welcome to the Glory Hole, at the Monticello Dam, at Lake Berryessa. This is one of my most favorite places to go, and I visit it often! It’s so gorgeous, and I’ve been going there since I was a little girl, having grown up right by it It’s also become a favorite place for my kids, as they just can not fathom how this huge drain works!!

Saturday Photo Hunters – New

Welcome to my first ever Saturday Photo Hunters! I fell across this through Marianne, and today’s theme is “New” I’ve been struggling with this all day, but have decided, what the hell! Today’s picture is my new face:

This allergic reaction is courtesy to a new foundation I tried, and unfortunately, liked. Needless to say, it will never come near my home, let alone my face, again!!! I’m in so much pain, and overall I feel horrible. I’m dizzy and nauseated and tired, and it seems like today is 10 times worse than yesterday, when it first started!
I went to the doc, and she said there’s nothing really she can do, except give me Benadryl and Advil, and let it run its course, unless of course I start having difficulty breathing. The fact that it’s started to spread onto my neck, where no foundation touched, is making me a tad nervous.
Nevertheless, makes for a great “New” picture!
